There are no refunds. If you are not satisfied with your shoes or you purchased the wrong size, shoes may be exchanged. If shoes were purchased locally in the St. Louis area, they can be exchanged per request. If shoes were shipped out to another state, once the original shoes are returned, your correct size will then be shipped. Allow 7-10 business days for re-shipping of exchanged shoes.
